Post subject: Fault
I used your service to place an eBay bid (item #390190763280), and I placed an amount that I was willing to pay several days prior to the end of the auction. I provided an amount higher than the "sold" price. The bidding ended, with no bid from Gixen as I requested, and I lost out on the item. I want to know why, what happened?
