So I am about to use gixen on an important auction. Just want to makesure that it is going to do what I want it to. I have used auction sniper before, and it would work like this - I enter the max I want to pay. And auction sniper would just beat the current price as long as it is under your max. Gixen does ot say enter your max. It says enter your bid. Is it going to put what I entered as my bid at the last second? Or do what auction sniper does? Please help me out Thanks
eBay has the proxy bidding system that you describe so Gixen does not need one.
You should enter the maximum that you are prepared to pay as your snipe value, if you win eBay will work out the amount you have to pay, yes that may be less than the amount you entered as your maximum here on Gixen if there are no other bids with a value close to yours.
