Cool thanks! The results are pretty interesting. I am surprised the U.S. only accounts for 33.7% of users, when I sold on eBay about 80% of my sales were to U.S. customers when I shipped worldwide. I sold more items to customers in Canada, Brazil and Australia (#2 #3 and #4) than probably all other countries outside the U.S. combined but I guess it was the particulars of the items I was selling. I guess it makes sense that there would be the most gixen users in the world's largest economies... Still I am surprised there are so many users from 日本 since they have yahoo auctions there which I here is much more popular than eBay in that country...
Post subject: Gixen and Linus
Glad to hear that Gixen Linux usage is up to1.62 %. Nice to know I am not alone.
I use both Browser (mostly FireFox) and Gixen DeskTopManger on Linux.
DeskTopManager runs 100% fine under WINE
.

Jeremy,
I am surprised that you are surprised. A lot of eBay sales are local. Besides, in many cases international shipping cost, brokerage fees and customs dues are prohibitive. Not sure what kind of items you sell, but as you say, that may have something to do with it too.
As for Japan, true, that's certainly interesting.

Post subject: How users access Gixen
Here is some interesting statistics in the last 30 days:
Windows: 77.41 % (down from 80.54% a year ago)
Macintosh: 12.91 % (down from 14.07% a year ago)
iPhone: 2.99 % (up from 1.74% a year ago)
iPad: 2.32 % (up from 0.77% a year ago)
iPod: 0.17 % (up from 0.16% a year ago)
Android: 2.17 % (up from 0.74% a year ago)
Linux: 1.62 % (up from 1.51% a year ago)
Blackberry: 0.13 % (up from 0.11% a year ago)
The trend towards mobile devices is obvious, and this is despite dismal UI I have provided for them (mobile site, but no apps).
This statistics looks only at web, excluding users who use Desktop Manager or API.
