More than 14,000 users used it up to date, and this number alone says a lot. Millions of dollars/pounds/euros of merchandise have been sniped by Gixen, and everything from a postal mark up to an airplane have been won. <br /> <br />While it's obvious that technical skills only are not enough to make an internet service successful, I believe the number one factor in Gixen's success was a timely customer support.
