If it is prevented from doing so from the Gixen server for some reason the assumption is that the credentials are incorrect, but the reason may be that the account is temporarily blocked from doing so. <br /> <br />Often the measures are temporary and a day or so later you can log in here again without any issue with those same credentials. <br /> <br />If your problem is more persistent than that it is usually best to deal with it via email, since you don't want to be discussing details of your credentials on an open forum like this one.
