You have 2 Gixen usernames (rarose19902 and rand55) linked to the same eBay username. Your payment was made for rand55. You can either use that one, or transfer your subscription by using
https://www.gixen.com/transfersubscription.php
Email me next time, these issues are best dealt with off-forum.

Post subject: Extended Subscription but never got credit
My subscription expiration date was Dec 7, 2022. I just extended my subscription for 2 more years to be added as a recurring charge. For some reason it hasn't updated to 2024.
