The one with the largest offset is the one most likely to reach an Ebay server first, so if you are determined that your snipe not be placed more than 3 seconds before the end of the auction you do indeed need to reduce the offset of both servers to 3 seconds or less.
I personally don't recommend it though, for the reasons I've stated many times on this forum.

Hi I am sniping on an auction later tonight and I was wondering if I want to change the offset to 3 seconds do I also have to change the mirroring to 3 seconds? I looked in the faq and i couldnât find an answer. Thanks
