Please email me - you will see my response as different mail server is used to send my responses, as opposed to automated emails sent from Gixen servers.

Well you could try emailing Mario direct at the support address given on the contact tab above, however if you are not getting emails from the Gixen domain you are unlikely ever to see his response either... Maybe it's time to talk to the provider of your email platform.

I think you do need to try this.
Thanks - I have tried that in the past and not received any email.
I suspect an over eager spam filter which is screwing me over regularly!
I've given it another go and fingers are crossed. Nothing in my inbox so far...

Post subject: Password now not recognised
Hello everybody,
I hope somebody can help. I use a password manager, but suddenly Gixen (alone) says my password is not a match to my username.
My email account seems to have super-strict spam filters and I have had no luck on many other websites requesting password / username resets, so I am reluctant to try this.
I'd be grateful for a bit of help!
