You will probably find that the period of your subscription has been doubled if you have paid for the same account twice, in quick succession.
However, if you still want a refund (and consequent reduction of the term of your subscription), Mario is the only one that can administer that so you will need to contact him direct via email at the Support address given on the
Contact tab
above. Please include your Gixen id and indications as to which payment (the time period that it was made) that you would like refunding.

Looks like Gixen Mirror is working now. But still need to get a refund for the second payment.

Post subject: Paid twice for Gixen Mirror, Still won't allow me to acces
I went to my Gixen account and wanted to sign up for mirror. Followed the link and paid via paypal. I still did not have the option of using Mirror. Thought maybe I hadn't been logged in, so logged in, paid again. Still nothing.
Need to figure out why Gixen isn't recognizing that' I've paid for Mirror and get a refund for one of the payments.
