I'm using Chrome

Thanks for clarifying! I wasn't sure what actually resolved it, so just listed all my steps.
I was logged in to both the .au and .com eBay websites - given the country setting has nothing to do with it, it'll definitely be the multiple logons as that was my only other change.
BTW, love your software, I really appreciate all your efforts (and even your response here)!

Okay, found the solution for anyone who reads this in the future, which is some of or all of the following steps:
Jump into Gixen Settings:
- Change your country to: United States -> Update
- Gixen main target ebay site: United States -> Update
- Gixen mirror target ebay site: United States -> Update
Separately:
Sign in to ebay.com.au and then sign out again.
Sign in to ebay.com (not .au) and then sign out again.
Just back into Gixen Settings:
- Force refresh (Ctrl-F5)
- Click "Link/Re-authorize Gixen on your eBay account"
--> Sign in to ebay, do Capcha, click approve & confirm OK.
- Change country settings back to my country -> Update
And then buy Gixen for 2 years because goddamn that's cheap for what this offers.

Post subject: Re-authorisation - eBay Access To Website Blocked
When I click on the link: Link/Re-authorize Gixen on your eBay account (valid for 18 months)
I come to Ebay, log in, and then get met with:
eBay Logo
Access To Website Blocked
I've tried changing the login to signin.ebay.com.au (rather than .com only) with no luck.
I've tried using a Private Browser session, but no luck.
Anyone have any ideas?
