I have been using Gixen for about 5 1/2 years and has been very reliable for me. I can't state how valuable Gixen has been for me. Like any online service there were a few interruptions just like the current one. Usually the issues gets fixed promptly. As a seller myself I have had issues with eBay breaking things and it looks like eBay broke something that Gixen uses. As Mario states he is working on getting this resolved. In the mean time for those who have upcoming auction snipes just do it the old way. Open the auction and manually snipe it.
