I'm a bit confused by this, are you saying that the Settings page is indicating that your subscription is still active but the snipes page is not providing the service associated with having an active subscription ?
Can you explain in more detail what error messages you are receiving when you try to use the snipes page ?
Is it perhaps warning you that your subscription is due to run out before some of your snipes are due to end ?
Do you have a recurring subscription that is due to be paid on or before the 2nd of June or are you saying that you have paid/renewed recently but that this recent payment has not been credited to your account in terms of any extra time being added ?
There should be a reference in any payment email from Paypal to the Gixen account to which it applies, please check this exactly matches that Gixen credentials you are using to log on.

Post subject: Mirror subscription not activated
Hello,
I subscribe to the Mirror (1 year), yet it is still not activated.
So I still see the Information that my account will be active until the 2th of June.
