Your Gixen id is not the same thing as your Ebay id.
I'd suggest logging in here on the website and making sure you know exactly what Gixen credentials you are using to do so, which if you're using the values stored in your browser might involve looking up exactly what it has saved. Those are the credentials you need to use in the browser Add-On, NOT your Ebay ones.

I've used Gixen for a while and it works well, thanks for that.
One issue I can't fix. I have the gixen addon in firefox but when I click on that the popup box on an item sales page it says:
"Password is not a match. Could not log you in (5)."
As far as I can see I have added the correct ebay details, acc and pw to the system but clearly not what it wants.
I can (and have) use gixen by logging in and manually inputting the ebay number etc but it was easier just to click the button!
Any suggestions?
