I haven't seen any email(s), but I see you opened a paypal dispute. There is no need for this, I always issue refunds when asked, and when paypal allows.
You subscribed twice back in 2020. I issued refunds for both recent payments as you also overpaid a year ago. Now you have one active subscription that's up to date and no longer overpaid.

It's probably best to send a follow up email if you don't get a response.
Mario must get a lot of emails so it wouldn't be a surprise if a few get missed.

Post subject: Multiple payments taken for annual subscription
Hi there,
I have just received an email confirming my annual subscription renewal, but it has been received about a week after the previous annual subscription renewal...
Both payments have separate renewal periods (30th September and again 8th October), separate profile IDs and payment reference numbers.
The username is the same, as is the contact email address. Could anyone assist please?
