You don't need to import your watch list to be able to schedule snipes, you can just cut and past the auction number from the auction page, input your maximum bid and push the 'Add' button. This is what I do all the time and I find it much more efficient.
That said, the most common reason for a watch list not importing is that the authorisation is not valid. This can be renewed easily using the second section on the Settings page, it costs you nothing and only takes a couple of minutes to set up.

I cannot get my watch list to show up so I can schedule a snipe! I've done everything possible. Help!!!
