It does seem strange that the password reset emails are much more likely not to arrive than the 'forgot username' ones. My guess is that it is something to do with the content of these emails that causes some email providers to block them.
However, Mario does seem to be able to get round the issue if you email him direct, explaining the issue and providing your Gixen id. He can be contacted at the support address given on the
Contact page

I've requested a 'forgot password' reset link via email, but it never arrives. I've tried several times. I know that my username is correct, because I did a 'forgot username' request, and Gixen did send me an email with my username in it.
Does anyone know why this is not working?
