Thanks for the response, I verified that it is not in spam earlier. Checked again a couple hours later to make sure it wasn't just a delay.

These emails often get filtered out as suspected spam by email providers, so it's worth checking your spam folder if you have one.
If it's not there, please email Mario direct at the support address provided on the
Contact page
.
Please include your Gixen id as well as a short description of the issue, as you have done here.
Once you've established contact that way he should be able to provide you with what you need in spite of any filtering your email provider may have implemented.

Post subject: Password reset, no email received
It has been quite some time since I used my Gixen account. I no longer remember my password. I submitted for a password reset but I haven't received an email with the reset code. Thanks much for your help with this.... Gixen is awesome!
