I think they must relate to the Gixen Mirror options that you have signed up for then.
Did you check your PayPal account to see what payments you have set up there ?
What problem do you have with sending an email to the support address ?

It's never Gixen that requests payments, always Paypal that sends them on a schedule that you set up and agree to.
So the control over what gets sent lies within your Paypal account.
