If you have a Mirror subscription you can move the 'Add' section to the top of the page, before the snipes, using the 'Input fields position' of the 'Settings' page. Just set the value to be 'Top' and then pushing the 'Update' button in that section.
I did that as soon as the option became available, several years ago, and have not looked back since. The error message then appear just above the fields that you are updating.

Post subject: Error Message Display
Suggestion is to
add
the display of the error message to the
bottom of the page
(above or below the "Add new snipe:") section.
Had the following situation, while adding a number of snipes one of them had an error. Because of the number of snipes already displayed on the page I did not see the error on the top of the page and the "display order" would have placed it above the snipes already displayed. Thus I did not notice it hadn't been recorded.
By adding the error message at the "Add snipe" section users would always know if an entry did not occur.
Thanks for the consideration.
