Just set the value to be 'Top' and then pushing the 'Update' button in that section. <br /> <br />I did that as soon as the option became available, several years ago, and have not looked back since. Because of the number of snipes already displayed on the page I did not see the error on the top of the page and the "display order" would have placed it above the snipes already displayed.
