You shouldn't need to change your Gixen credentials or even verify your Gixen account in order to re-establish the authorisation for Gixen to place a bid on you Ebay account for you. You do that via the second section of the Settings page. So as long as you can get to that point that's what I'd suggest you use, as per this blog:

Post subject: locked out. cannot verify identity 6674
recently logged out of ebay and then could not log back in. ebay did not recognize my password. So I had to reset password. Now I am cancelled on gixen. I was told to go to settings page but that doesn't work. I can't reset my password on gixen because I am unable to verify my existence. The email accounts listed for me are invalid or inactive. Never used. Phone number also invalid. I cannot change my email account to a valid one because gixen says that account is already in use. Of course it is in use. It is my email account. How do I get back into the system???
