So some buyers place low opening bids before setting up snipes just to test if they are able to place a bid before committing to a higher snipe amount. <br /> <br />Some buyers even go to the extent of setting up Ebay accounts with delivery address's (that they can forward packages from) so that they can get their bids accepted in different jurisdictions.
