Have you changed any of your credentials on Ebay recently (password or user name), because Ebay removes the authorisation when you do that ?
You can easily renew it in any case (at no cost) using the second section of the Settings page as detailed in
this blog

Hi, I've had several \\\"INVALID AUTHORIZATION\\\" error on recent eBay.co.uk snipes.
I noticed that there is no 3rd party authorisation from gixen on my account.
My account with Gixen is paid up to date so any idea why? Thanks
