Only Mario can deal with stuff like this, so the support email address is the right way to go.
Posting here might however help him to find your email if it's gone to the spam folder, I guess.

Post subject: subscription expiring 10 days sooner than supposed to
hi,
okay, so this is most certainly a recurring issue, because we had the same discussion in this February, when it was quickly resolved, but obviously the root cause never fixed, casue it's happening again.
I buy a 30 day subscription, cancel the recurring Paypal payment, I get notified after 10 days, that my subscription is expiring in 10 days. That's pretty much 20 days and not 30.
current subscription bought on the 27th Aug., Gixen set the subscription to expire on the 7th Sept, so there's no doubt about it.
I think I wrote 3 emails about this to the support address, sofar nothing's happening, thought I'd just try here as well.
