Thank you Mario, much appreciated. I only posted on here as well because it says to use this method for issues rather than emailing and I didn’t know if you were getting the emails.
Cupid, it’s not about not having patience, I couldn’t post to the forum which is where we are asked to seek help first rather than email. My email before wasn’t replied to so I didn’t know if they were even reaching Mario and after my last email it occurred to me to try a different browser so I posted here as well because that’s what we’re asked to do and in case my emails weren’t going through.

Post subject: Mirror subscription cancelled after duplicate payment refun
On 18th Dec when I logged in I was prompted to pay for my subscription as it would expire after the auction which I’d just added ended. I did this then the next day I was charged my subscription on auto renew which I didn’t think would be a thing given I’d been prompted to pay and don’t remember things from last month never mind a year ago. I emailed about this on 19th as I couldn’t post to the forum and when I didn’t have a reply or refund I went to PayPal for the duplicate refunding. They did this today but now my mirror subscription is cancelled even though you still have the other payment. I sent another email today as I still couldn’t get on the forum but tried a different browser and now I can access it. I’ve emailed proof of payment so please will you reinstate my subscription?
