It's not a problem Mark, found it based on username, canceled and refund issued.
Unfortunately closing the account does not automatically cancel paypal subscriptions, there is no way to integrate this to have it done automatically.

Are you making payments via Paypal or Stripe ?
In either case the payments are sent by the payment provider, as instructed by the authority set up, by you, when you first created the subscription. Payments are not requested by Gixen, it just reacts to receiving the payment when sent.
Gixen will also not be provided with details of your credit card by the payment provider, so Mario won't be able to match any payment with that.
So, in terms of revoking the instructions to send money in the future you are best off doing that with the payment provider.
As for refunds, Mario is the only one able to do that, and he can be contacted directly, via email, at the support address provided on the
Contact page
. Please always try to provide, as accurate as you can, details of the Gixen account name that is associated with any payments and details of any payments you are referring to (but not credit card details, those don't help).

Post subject: Cancelled Subscription
I deleted my account on 15 April ’26 but you took an annual subscription on 18 May ’26. (Debit card ending ***7778). Can it be refunded please. And can you please ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you.
