Save the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish to snipe. For example, you could add them to your eBay watch list (if you haven't already). 2. Change your password at eBay. 3. Log in to Gixen with your eBay username and new password. 4. Schedule your snipe(s).[/quote]

The snipes were effectively canceled when you changed your eBay password. This is by design. Note that unlike other sniping services, Gixen does not store eBay passwords longer than necessary to execute snipes: it only stores them for 48 hours past the latest scheduled snipe. Every snipe is saved as (item_id, username, password, bid) in the database; thus, changing your password cuts the database links to your scheduled snipes, effectively canceling them.
If you haven't set up your snip yet, there is no problem. Simply 1) change your password at eBay and then 2) log in to Gixen with your eBay username and new password and set up your snipe(s).
If you've already set up snipe(s), do the following:
1. Save the item number(s) of the item(s) you wish to snipe. For example, you could add them to your eBay watch list (if you haven't already).
2. Change your password at eBay.
3. Log in to Gixen with your eBay username and new password.
4. Schedule your snipe(s).
