Glad you got it sorted by logging yourself out of Ebay before using the process again.
Yes, generally you can't post links in this forum (without having a dedicated forum posting account). That is because if it's allowed we just get too much spam posted here. We want to keep this discussion area open to everyone, even if they have not registered a Gixen account, so this is one of the compromises that is necessary in order to enable that.

I had the same problem. The authorization process asks for my eBay login but when I click it, Gixen tells me it didn't work because my IP address changed. I've tried multiple times and tried logging out of eBay and that solved the issue
also I had to delete your quote because the spam filter said your link violated the spam filter

The process should look like the images in this blog:
https://www.gixen.com/blog/ebay-third-party-authorizations/
and does involve logging into
ebay.com
before confirming that you want to grant the authorization.
If it's not like that, I'd suggest first logging yourself out of
ebay.com
by going to their site directly before trying again.
If that still doesn't work use a different browser or a different computer, and if that still does not work (or you haven't got an alternative to use) delete the cookies associated with that browser before trying again.
If you can be more specific about what's failing/what is different/what error messages you get along the way that might also be helpful for others to help you resolve this issue.

Post subject: Cannot re-authorise Ebay account
I have a message:
Your eBay authorization for eBay account 5***16 expires on Sun, Nov 5, 2023.
There's a link to reauthorize which reads:
Link/Re-authorize Gixen on your eBay account
When clicked this take me to an Ebay page which reads
Welcome
[Username] Not you? Current user is [Username] Switch account
But when I return to Gixen, I still get the message:
Your eBay authorization for eBay account 5***16 expires on Sun, Nov 5, 2023.
Is there any way out of this seemingly endless loop, please?
Thank you
