This price refresh is a convenience feature, it does not affect the sniping itself. All snipes that you scheduled will trigger at the appropriate time.

You can schedule as many as you like.
Once you get into the hundreds/thousands scheduled the update of the snipes page can be quite slow though. So once you get into those kinds of numbers it can get quite slow to add more of them.
I'm not sure where you're picking up the numbers relating to the 'Current price field', but I'm guessing it's in relation to updates from Ebay to the display of the auction price, in real time. This is one of the most resource intensive tasks that the servers have to perform and doing it in real time is unrealistic, so it's done intermittently, getting more frequent as the end time approaches.
I can believe that updates to the prices of the next 20 scheduled snipes are given priority in that process, again to help reduce the burden on the Gixen servers, and to a lesser extent on the Ebay ones as well.
However, given that the purpose of sniping is to decide on your maximum price before scheduling the snipe, price updates are not the most important feature of the service, are separate from the main business of placing bids in the last few seconds of the auction and are not essential to the process when not up to date, at all times.

Post subject: maximum number of snipes
i have a question. with the mirror subscription, it says i can have unlimited snipes. But I read it also says 'Current price field shown for up to 20 scheduled snipes'. What if i have, say 30 snipes that end at roughly the same time. Am I able to add all 30 auctions or am I limited to 20 scheduled?
Thanks in advance for the clarification.
