I did this then the next day I was charged my subscription on auto renew which I didn’t think would be a thing given I’d been prompted to pay and don’t remember things from last month never mind a year ago. I emailed about this on 19th as I couldn’t post to the forum and when I didn’t have a reply or refund I went to PayPal for the duplicate refunding. They did this today but now my mirror subscription is cancelled even though you still have the other payment. I sent another email today as I still couldn’t get on the forum but tried a different browser and now I can access it.
