As I indicated in the first post, I've done that twice now. When looking through my Sent email logs, it clearly states the Google E-Mail server accepted my mail. Maybe Mario needs to check the spam folder?
I never post in public forums unless it is the last option I see. Unfortunately this is the case here.

If paying via PayPal, you can buy two units of chunks during checkout, which is what I did. I did check Settings, first thing, it shows I have 0 chunks available. I still paid $20, this transaction is also visible in my account, but nothing was credited.
I am sure this is a bug, can you please have a look?

I didn't know you could buy multiples of these.
You do realise that you have to enable a chunk on the Settings page before your account has any Mirror privileges applied ?

Post subject: Purchased chunks not credited to account
Hi!
I purchased mirror chunks (2 packs) a few weeks ago, and they were never credited to my account (itskenny0). I emailed support(at)gixen.com but I never received an answer.
Could you please check?
