It doesn't work the way that you and many others assume that it does.
Gixen doesn't request money, it only ever reacts to it being sent by Paypal, by increasing your subscription period.
So, as far as cancelling a subscription is concerned, you can click on the links next to the payments on the Settings page. Those will take you to the Paypal site, and once there you can look at your subscriptions and cancel any that you've authorised, but are no longer required.
That doesn't return any payments already made though. For that you will need to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address provided on the
Contact page
. You need to include the Gixen id that the payments relate to in all correspondence, also details of the payments and which ones you'd like refunding. Mario can then manually refund those and reduce your current subscription period accordingly.

Post subject: double subscription
I have a recurring PayPal subscription. On 1st February Gixen tried to charge my next annual fee, but my PayPal account was empty, so it didn't go through. (I already don't use PayPal for anything else.)
When I logged in to Gixen and saw that my subscription was cancelled, I started a new one, and I put some money on my PayPal to make sure that it won't happen again next year.
On 6th February Gixen automatically charged my PayPal again for my old subscription. So now I have two annual subscriptions parallelly.
Could you please cancel one of my subscriptions? Can I get back the duplicated fee?
