It started at:
25 Oct 2026 at 6:00:00pm PDT
Finished at:
Nov 1, 2026 at 6:00PM PST
with a duration of:
7 days
So there's no evidence of the seller ending it early.
There is a swap over in the listing of the bid times on Nov 1, from PDT to PST which is interesting, and that's an hour difference, isn't it ? ... Not something I've seen before, but I've never known Ebay to change durations when there are shifts from summer to winter time zones.
There has been
a few
of these reported recently, with Mario saying the prevalence is still rare. I'm sure he's monitoring it and will let us know if it's becoming more common.
I think Sunday evenings are the most likely time for them to happen as that is Ebays' busiest time for people bidding.

This can happen when a seller ends an auction early, Ebay allows that.
If you would like further investigation supplying an auction id is usually required.
