Thanks Mario! Got the files cleared. I was having login issues when I tried to get the manager to work because I changed my password and then didn't delete the old stored password on Firefox. Now that I done that I will try again. Gixen is a great service, and I really appreciate the quick response! I'll post again when sucessful.

Can you describe the steps you made? Did you unzip the application? What happens when you try to start it?
If the application failed to close properly and this prevents it from being deleted, kill it in the task manager. If you don't know how to do this, just restart your computer and then delete it.

Post subject: Desktop manager
I have managed to download multiple copies to my My Documents folder, but can't get the app to function. Tried to delete files but got "Access Denied" message. Need some help!
