Yes, I was away trying to replicate your message problem, and couldn't.
No you can disconnect and switch off your computer, that is the beauty of Gixen being a service, it is the Gixen servers that do the work of sniping, your computer is not involved in that activity.

Um..never mind my question about the message I get when I log out. I was confused. :oops:
But I do still want to know about whether I have to stay on the internet or not!

Post subject: Do I have to be connected to the internet for Gixen to snip
Two questions here, actually:
1. Do I have to be logged onto the internet in order for Gixen to work, or can I log off?
2. When I try to close the Gixen desktop manager, I get a message saying that closing out of it will cancel my current bids. What gives? I thought I didn't have to keep it open. Am I incorrect?
