I assume you are asking about "target" setting. Where your snipes should go depends on what ebay customer support you want to deal with in case there is a problem or dispute. Coverage may be slightly different too, which is usually visible on the listing, depending on which site (ebay.com or ebay.co.uk) you view it on. That's the main purpose of this setting.
As for 15188414904, that item id does not exist, please check the number again.

I want to bid on both sites, what should I set the setting to?
Also, I receive error's when adding some things into Gixen.. see below:
