You do not know if you would have won. Looking at the bid history it appears the winning bidder increased his proxy bid twice. All you do know is that $123.00 was the winning bid - you don't know how much higher that person's proxy amount was.
Re: "I would have won." At the end of the auction the bid increment was $2.50. Was your gixen bid at least $125.50? If not eBay would not have accepted the gixen bid amount as a valid bid.
