I just looked, and I can see that everything you scheduled in the past two days succeeded, except 21 (!) snipes that you scheduled that ended at the very same second. There is a clear warning not to do *exactly* what you did anyway. Other than that I see no other failures in the past 30 days.
Hence I think it's quite unfair to characterize Gixen as "trash". Do the same thing you did with Gixen with any other service (20 auctions ending at the same time), and I guarantee you you will get identical result.

I win dozens a month with the other one with close to a 100% success rate. Here I attempt less than 5% of my total snipes but still get many more fails

I've been using another free service and have had almost no problems. I use gixen a tiny fraction of the time compared to the other and have many more fails with gixen. Ebay requires this, ebay requires that...the real problem is gixen!!
