No, your Gixen id is entirely separate from your Ebay id and it is recommended that you do not use any of the same credentials here as you do on Ebay, though obviously that can't be enforced.

You can reset your Gixen password here, which is accessed via the Sign Up page.

I'd like to change my Gixen password too and don't see that option anywhere. Or is it just tied directly to the eBay password?

Thank you for your replies. Last week I left several bids a few days hence. In the meantime I bought a new tablet, Ebay saw this as a possible security risk when I first logged in, so I had to change my Ebay password but never thought about my Gixen bids which were all cancelled.

Since Gixen ids are entirely different to Ebay ids, changing your Ebay credentials should not have made any difference to being able to access you Gixen id with unchanged credentials.

Changing Ebay credentials does often seem to cause them to revoke the permission for Gixen to access that Ebay account though, which can be updated via the second section of the Settings page.

To contact Mario direct to change things like email addresses directly on the Gixen server you can send an email to the support address given on the Contact tab above. Please make sure to include your Gixen id when explaining the issue.

Unable to log in to change password as the email address on my account is incorrect. Attempt to change this in the past but has not worked. The password was changed on my Ebay account at Ebay's request but as soon as I changed it I was locked out of Gixen.

Account is Avanta15 (not this account)
