If you have performed the checks I suggested in my first post, and that did not lead to an explanation of your issue then you will need to contact Mario direct, via email, at the support address given on the Contact tab above. Please always provide the Gixen id for which your payment was made in all correspondence.

Like you, I paid for one-year subscription to mirror, but it still shows that I am not covered. I paid on April 20, and today is April 24.

All paypal email etc was correct. I didn't do anything after the original post. But today it seems my status is showing correct information- "Your Gixen mirror subscription is good until Fri, Mar 18, 2022. "

In the payment confirmation email from Paypal there should be a reference to the Gixen id for which this subscription payment applies.

Is that the same as the Gixen id that you are logging in to ?

If not you can transfer the subscription using the Mirror Transfer Form which can be accessed from the Settings page.

Paid $8.2 on Mar-18 for 1 year mirror services, but when I logged in, I am still Ads and webpage is showing me that I don't have mirror services.

Could you help? Thanks
