These are different things, the headings on the tabs are an indication of the differing locations of Gixen servers (as an aside, not necessarily in those American cities these days).

The indication as to which Ebay site your snipes are targeted at by the Gixen servers, is only on the Settings page, as you have noted.

I have always had my Gixen-main set as UK and mirror as Germany, however I've now logged on to the new Gixen and even though it still shows UK & Germany in the settings it says Chicago & Miami at the top of the page where I add listings
