I received a response from Mario, did you get that too ?

If not I'd recommend checking your spam folder to see if the responses are there.

EDIT: Yes I see you did, so hopefully you should be able to resolve this now.

As I explained via email, we need to get Mario's attention because only he has the access required to be able to help you sort out your logon access to Gixen.

For some reason, the system will not accept my user ID and password. I have never had this problem before and I am a longtime user of the mirror service. I have tried resetting my password and I have also tried resetting my user ID but I cannot get a reset code no matter what I do. I have emailed Gixen support several times but no response. I literally have been shut out of using my Mirror account, I have no idea what to do. Can someone please email me at Gameusedequip2 at hotmail.com???
