| I am trying to reset my Gixen password, but it does not work. Logged out. went to sign-up and then to the forgot password option. I submitted my username, but have received an email with the Password reset code.
I tried it several times, but nothing arrived. Also tried the forgot username option, and that worked find. Received an email with my username in less than a minute. Am I doing something wrong or is the password reset function not working? |
