| Transaction ids are not the same for buyer and seller, however paypal allows you to search by the other party's transaction id if you are involved in it, so it's actually useful. | |

| It's been said before that Paypal transactions don't have the same reference number for the sender as the receiver, which would make it impossible for Mario to find your transaction from your reference.
It would be better to let him know, via email, exactly when the payment was made and what the Gixen id is that is referred to in that payment. He can be contacted directly at the support address given on the Contact page. |

| I'm sorry for my late reply, I've had some health problems and haven't used my account for a while.
I can't remember if I specified an account in the payment but as I said the email is not the same. The paypal transaction number is 1JF35739U3086282L, can you check? Thanks. |

I've renewed my subscription but It's not applied to my account. I received the subscription confirmation on my paypal email (different from my gixen mail) I tried to do a password reminder with my paypal address but I didn't receive anything. Can you help me to activate the subscription on my account? Thanks. |
