In my list of snipes, if I put double-quotes round a Comment string, Save it, and then Edit it, the Comment field is empty.

If I put the same string in the Comments field without the double-quotes, and then Edit it, the field is populated correctly.

To put it another way, the Edit process is discarding the contents of the Comment field if the string begins and ends with a double-quote character.

This is 100% reproducible, with any snipe. More details on request.
