In that case please email the details to Mario direct at the support address given on the Contact page. The most important of those details being your Gixen id, but also supply the names that you have tried that did not work. |

thank you for your comment. I tried, and this time i received an email with the username, and it was the same... the email with the password never arrived again - is it because it wants the same first name as set up earlier? I tried 2 combinations of my name and both did not work |

| I tried to reset the password - i gave the right username, but i did not receive any emails. Checked in spam etc.
It asks for my first name, which I gave - i go by a couple of first names and so wondering if that is the issue? |
