I believe the format for import is the same as for export.
So, add a snipe manually, do an export and you have your template. |

Hi Mario,
Problem sorted. The item numbers had defaulted to scientific notation. I formatted the cells to numbers with no decimal places and it worked.

Just tried to upload a CSV and get the error: \"This page isn’t working right now. xxx.gixen.com can't currently handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500\"
