Hello.
I've been a dedicated customer for years, but it's impossible for me to change my password.
My contact email address is no longer in use. I need to change my contact email address so that you can send me the code to validate a pasword change.
How do I change my contact email address? I don't see any place where I can see my account details.

I've been trying to reset my password for the last several days, but I'm not getting the password reset email message. I've checked my spam folder.
I've emailed support, but haven't heard back.
Suggestions? |
