| It is a question best asked of Paypal, receivers of funds, like Gixen, don't really have any control over how you fund purchases. |

Haven't changed anything -same card, same address, but now Paypal says ..
\"We're sorry, we weren't able to process your request. Please choose another way to pay.\"
Any suggestions? |
