SHIPPING ADDRESS COUNTRY RESTRICTED - the error is for not alllowed address, and my shipping addres is UK and the seller is UK. And LOOK AGAIN , if I bid manually, it accept my bids , ON THE SAME AUCTONS . If it was wrong address, not paid items or whatever , it will block my manual bids on ebay with the same error. |

| It is, as I said, a problem with the interaction with Ebay... Gixen doesn't generate these messages on its own.
So, it might be something specific with the way Gixen interacts with Ebay, but that would still most likely mean that Ebay has changed something about that interaction on their side. I've not seen any indication from Mario that he's changed anything about it on the Gixen side recently. Has anyone yet contacted Ebay themselves about that ?... I imagine, once Mario is made aware of this, that will be the route he'll be pursuing. He can be contacted directly via email at the support address given on the Contact page. |

I have used gixen for 8 years now and it always worked well but over the past two days , it fails every auction I would win with my price , giving these errors. AUCTION RESTRICTED: SHIPPING ADDRESS COUNTRY RESTRICTED ( #205745230561, #376574803602 The item ID v1|167809511094|0 was not found. Check that this is an active auction item ID. ( #167809511094 ) You are not eligible to bid on this item. ( #365884026837, #317334938215 ) I have to state , that before puting this auctions in gixen , I have manually bid on every of them with no problems, and it failed at the end when gixen should bid for me. So it's not the problem in ebay . Please , help us , I don't want to stop my subscription afer all these years. |

| Seller says she is only blocking international bidders.
This is irritating; is it a Gixen problem or an Ebay problem? Does it happen with Gixen often? |

| In order to get such a message Gixen must have tried to submit a bid and it been rejected by Ebay.
I don't think it always tells you exactly what the restriction is though. Did you ask the seller what restrictions they have on bidders ? |

| I have successfully used Gixen many times, over many years, but today \"lost\" an auction I should have won, and got the message from Gixen: \"You are not eligible to bid on this item.\" Note, it does not say \"due to seller restrictions\". A short time before, I had emailed a question to the seller who promptly replied.
What caused this problem? Gixen or eBay? Re: Ebay item #167815851880 |
