| The page you're looking for is the Settings page which can be accessed as shown in this blog:
https://www.gixen.com/blog/ebay-third-party-authorizations/ The first section is about the Subscription, which you pay for usually on an annual or biannual basis and the second section is about the Authorisation, which you need to renew at least once every 18 months, because otherwise Ebay expires it. From what you're saying you've made the common mistake of confused these two different things, and all you ned to do is renew the authorisation, using the second section, at no cost. |

| On the page where my pending snipes are shown and new snipes added, the message is, Your account has been or will expire in less than ten days.
The bottom of the page says I'm paid up through June 8, 2029. Today is April 18, 2026. I'm on auto pay -- unless I've been taken off. Maybe the credit card on file expired. Is there a Your Account page where I can check these things and update as needed? Thanks ! |
